Product process introduction:
Our company developed and produced the new pH winding tank equipment, different from the traditional tank winding equipment, no need to use drum mold production, directly winding molding;

Scope of production
The whole tank production line can produce pipe diameter: 1000mm, 2000mm, 2200mm, 2500mm, 2800mm, 3000mm, 3200mm, 3500mm, 4000mm, 4500mm, 500 mm, 5000m, and can also be customized for specific sizes.
Bottom inside welding process

Production principle of pph winding storage tank equipment
●The modified PPH particles are fused through the high efficiency single screw extruder and squeezed with a certain width and thickness through the sheet mold for high temperature melt PPH sheet. On the PPH tank winding machine, winding set bone rods are mounted through specific specification positioning discs and positioning holes to form a circular winding cage.
●The high temperature molten PPH sheet is wound on the circular winding cage and wound continuously with the rotation of the bone rod. There is a certain spiral Angle on the axis of the winding cage, so that the winding forming tank can be moved forward, and the continuous winding PPH sheet is wound into a continuous forward tank for continuous production.
●The cutter can cut and wrap the tank at any set length. The cut wound tank is welded by the internal and outer tank and the tank opening to produce a complete PPH winding tank.
Advantages of equipment
● The length of the wrapped tank can be adjusted at will and cut off as required. Not subject to the die length limit.
● The winding mold is not heated by repeated open fire, and then cooled repeatedly. Solve the resulting energy consumption, open fire combustion brought by environmental protection, safety risks (do not need fire approval). Reduce the number of personnel, improve the production efficiency.
● The equipment adopts split body and combination mode to facilitate the production at the construction site. Solve the problem that the super-large tank body cannot be transported. Reduce transportation costs, thus increase product competitiveness
● The continuous winding process can also save the investment of lifting and driving. Only need to install a small tonnage lifting car to meet the weight of the tank (10 tons of driving can be enough)
● There is no need to invest in multiple winding molds, and the equipment investment is lower than the traditional one.
